Everything we serve starts right here on our family farm, which has been rooted in Caithness since 1925. For generations, we’ve worked the land and built a deep connection to it — a tradition we’re proud to continue today.

We rear our own Highland beef, lamb and pork, bringing fresh, traceable produce straight from field to plate. Our menus follow the seasons, shaped by what we grow, rear and source locally, with a focus on simple, honest food done well.
