We are very proud to have been graded a 4 star visitor attraction by Visit Scotland. In order to achieve this grade we received an incognito visit from a Visit Scotland representative who graded us on our food offering, facilities, customer service and more. We only narrowly missed out on a 5 star award by 3%!

We collaborated with North Point Distillery, Forss, to create our very own small batch gin, The Spirit of Stirkoke - Puldagon Gin. The brilliant folks at North point blended us our own unique recipe using botanicals we had hand picked from our farm. Using yellow gorse, rosebay willow herb, nettles and more we created a taste of Caithness and in 2023 our gin was awarded a 'Great Taste' award!

Our Story
